1. Our Commitment

We take the security of our customers' data seriously. Photonix’s security program is designed to protect your data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, or destruction. We utilize industry-best practices and continuous auditing.

Data Encryption

All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3 or higher. We never store customer passwords in plain text.

Infrastructure

We use world-class data centers with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS compliance. Our systems are monitored 24/7/365.

2. Incident Response

We have a documented incident response policy and team in place to respond and mitigate any security-related events. We notify affected users as soon as possible according to applicable laws and regulations.

3. Report a Vulnerability

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in Photonix, please report it to our security team. We believe in coordinated disclosure and will work with you to resolve any confirmed issues.
